So I opened the program's files location (in program files) and found there in 'Package' folder this file :"PTInstOnlinr.exe", made a Google search about this file and found it was developed by " Free Time", the program's house. Then something came to my mind - maybe the program is trying to connect somewhere out and my internet provider's CyberWall (or whatever) stops it. Interesting, no other program on my computer behaves like this one.
To chk, just opened the program - still off line, and the notice came up. Well, I Google searched according to the Code above and came to the site of my internet provider, and yes, you guessed right, its in Hebrew, and I live in Israel.
